I went out to breakfast yesterday, and ordered eggs benedict. It showed up looking delicious, except the English muffin was slightly burned. I dug in because I was hungry, and when the server came by to see if everything was good, I nodded yes for the same reason. I should have said something, but between the hunger and lack of desire to complain, I didn’t.
In business, even though people should tell you unhappy truths, they don’t. When you get feedback, pay attention.
